Description:
* The scope of work comprises the supply, construction, installation, and testing of irrigation network facilities including their TO 81,86,91&95 (Pump Stations) in the area of Ghor al kabed.
– Excavation and backfilling for about 180 km pipeline.
– Procurement and installation of all materials for installation of about 75 km DI diameter from (250 to 900 mm) and 105 km PE Diameter from (90-250mm) pipes and related fittings.
– Pressurized Lines (DI =45408 m HDPE =68957 m)
– Gravity Lines (DI =30157 m HDPE =36120 m)
-Procurement and installation of air regulating valves, control and or Plunger Valves,motorized butterfly valves, chambers and all related fittings for the pipes.
– Installation and connection of Control Zone chamber including flowmeter, mechanical butterfly valve, SCADA remote connection as well as precast elements and covers
-Control valves, gate valves and butterfly valves from DN 100mm up to DN 900mm, approximately 321 units;
4 Tum Outs (Pump Stations), including mechanical screens (also indicted as trash rakes), settling basins, rotary fine screen, sump tank of minimum 200m3 and pump set average for Q= 1,0001/s and H=55m. Additionally includes flowmeters and mechanical gate valves.
-Installation and connection (DN 90mm) of Farm Turn Assemblies at each farm unit including flowmeter, flow limiting device as well as precast elements and ductile iron covers. Approx. 1,210 units;
-Procurement and installation of SCADA system for the control of the system operation in existing Deir Ala Control Room.
