Description: The project is the design and implementation of the Al-Aqaba recreational complex located in the area of Eastern Units Red Hill, with an area of 8269.45 m2.
* The Zone A is a two-story settlement and ground floor with reception offices, a 412 m2 service area and a children’s cinema. The settlement floor is an open multi-use auditorium with a total area of 562 m2.
* The South, West and North buildings ZONE B, C, D consist of two floors with commercial shops and cafes with an area of 1458.13 m2, and the first contains commercial stores and the main complex and cinema management offices with an area of 665.27 m2 and outdoor terrace with an area of 548.45 m2.
* The main cinema, which is the undisturbed area between the aforementioned buildings and consists of a runway and a main screen, has an area of 1870.74 m2.
