Description: The project is a premium commercial and recreational complex of its kind in Jordan owned by the First Market Company located on an area of 13,000 square meters and with a building area of 21,000 square meters including 9,000 square meters car parks divided by 4200 square meters indoor parking and 4800 square meters outdoor parking.

The complex is designed according to the highest engineering, construction and aesthetic specifications and owns most of the green building specifications and its own renewable energy project.

* The complex contains all services for visitors from free market, banks, business center, tourist offices, pharmacy, children’s games, beauty salon, as well as parking for more than 260 cars.

* One of the most important features of the project is the comprehensive central cooling system and the distribution of operating plates to the investment centers. It is mediated by an attractive fountain in the central interior of the complex, which adopts a reverse system from up to down with a middle area of more than 600 square meters and an external fountain that adopts an attractive system supported by music, colors and other fountains surrounding the complex, giving the complex unique aesthetic value.
