Contract name: Design & Implementation of the working village of workers in the Industrial City / Aqaba

Description:  * The project is located in the Chamia region in the north of the city of Aqaba.

* The project includes the establishment of an integrated labour city with the following main components:

* Buildings:

1- Residential buildings for 10 male and female workers, each consisting of three floors with a total area of approximately 20100 m2

2- Service and office building with a total area of 477 m2.

3- 200 m2 water tank.

* Outdoor works include implementation of the outside fence, asphalt yards, parking lots, sidewalks and site coordination work.

* External roadwork.

* Electrical, electro-mechanical and infrastructure works.

Amount of contract: 9,080,140.85 USD
